OK, so FX forum=not shopping somewhere because your views don't match the ones of the CEO=massively retarded

Therefore, FX forum=massively retarded.

I'm with you so far, what's your argument?

:thu:

No argument, more pointing out something humorous for the good of my fellow man.

No, I was making an ironical statement about the progressive crowd who holler and scream about acceptance and tolerance but if you break from their accepted ideology they'll {censored}ing crucify you in heartbeat.

Wow, you summed up my feelings precisely. That is EXACTLY what I am talking about.

That's their right though. I mean, I think it's a little hysterical too, but it's a pretty common thing around here and by no means limited to progressives.

I don't think anyone's saying they should be legally forced to shop at Whole Foods. Of course it's their right, just like it's our right to say nasty things about them for doing it.

Yeah but when your entire platform is based on tolerance and acceptance and free love and all that {censored} you should at least make at effort to publicly follow your own {censored}.

I like your style.

For the record, I think the whole "making a statement with your purchases" thing is retarded. It's a waste. If you really feel that strongly about something, then donate directly to that cause. Everyone you buy stuff from is going to differ in opinion from you on one point or another.
I have an opinion on Gay marriage, and I own both Danelectro products AND Ford products. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

You're confusing Socialists and Hippies. Socialists will slaughter their own for the good of the Collective. Hippies just smell bad.

Actually I completely agree with speaking
with your money. ie I don't shop at Walmart because they treat their employees like {censored} in an effort to peddle more cheap crap that no one needs. However, I have a problem with misguided individuals that don't understand
why
they boycott a business.

It's a trendy fashion statement to blog about not shopping somewhere over a document these people don't understand. It's just plain retarded
.

I agree with the first bolded statement

And the second bolded statement is what my post was getting at.

Fair enough. But I think there's a long tradition of protesting via wallet and while Whole Foods sucks, and I do not shop there, and I feel that most people who will ONLY buy ORGANIC are {censored}ing tools, I think it's a good tradition.

Does he really? I knew he was religious but I had never heard that.

Yeah on the inside of his amps chassis he'll use a sharpie and jot down something like - 1 Corinthians 13

That's it. It's inside and you'll never see it if you don't yank it out of the shell.

I don't believe but it doesn't bother me at all.

I think most people are {censored}ing tools on general principle. :thu:

So what's the deal with Danelectro pedals?

The owner/CEO/whatever he is financially supports making gay marriage illegal.

That, and, they basically ripped off other pedal designs (mainly boutique). Barring the reliability issues (any dano I've owned was built like a tank), they're the Bugera of HCFX...

only, if Bugera was ripping off Titan and Roccaforte instead of Peavey and Marshall.

I think that sums it up.

what a bunch of Kuntz (lol)

What he says is true...it goes to show the truth hurts and the type of pukes that are out there.

It's not true. You're an evil neo-con birther wingnut who's been conditioned and brainwashed to believe that. Only the .gov can save us all and only teh barry O has the empathy and teh jedi powers of persuasion to push the marxist agenda through thus making world socialism a reality.
