Members Spizzledude Posted March 16, 2012 Members Share Posted March 16, 2012 I bought an AC120s in January. One of the outlets burnt out (there are ten, it's a sequential power strip for your rack). After thirty days you are supposed to pay for shipping. I called yesterday and got a human being immediately. No problems and withing five minutes they were sending me a UPS label to ship and replace the unit. They paid both ways. I like it! Also kudos to Furman. Last time I talked to them, they sent me a reverb tank for my Legacy free of charge, even after I told them I bought it used and it was out of warranty. Great company.
