I think its cheaper because some software that would normally come with Windows like Media center, you have to buy it separate. I'm not sure if its media center, seem like it was. I know people were pissed about something like that. I have a friend that loaded it onto his computer over Vista but I've not been over to check it out yet. The only reason I know why some people want it is because of touch screen. I have no interest of having touch screen myself, I sit about 3 feet from my desktop monitor. If I had a laptop I might would want it, otherwise I don't care about having it. I'd probably do a google on "Windows 7 or windows 8 forum" and see what people are saying about it at different computer forums.

How much is it without the monitor? I agree that a 750watt PS is enough. Plus, what counts more than anything is how conditioned the power is and I bet the Corsair is dead nuts reliable.

I always dedicate a seemingly large percentage of my build budget on the power supply. It keeps the rest of your rig healthy, and a 50 dollar savings can cost you hundreds later on if it fails hard.

Monitor is on sale for 169 right now. I've made some changes to the case as well.

Toms Hardware says its just as good as the 680 and 70 bucks cheaper......Battlefied suppostedly runs better with the 7980 as well.

God I cant stop config'ing this time

Yeah, if it is cheaper and that is the game you run the most, it makes sense to go for it. I could never dish out that kind of cash for a video card personally, but if you can swing it and have no issues dropping that kind of coin...rock it!

I was just looking at monitors and saw this one...Viewsonic va2703.

Right now I can get a Corsair 750 with a promo code for 89 bucks.

I am getting that 680 graphics card...soooo what say you

If you don't think you will get two 680's, the 750 is plenty. Depending on the corsair, it could even handle the two 680's. The HX750 can do it no problem.

Nice gear there, as for the SSD, I would pick the intel 330, or crucial M4 over that one. Look for a deal on them..
