All of the Logitech wheels (including the less expensive ones) have FF, this one just has nice feeling pedals and a clutch and a 6-speed shifter. So much pointless crap in there, mostly tiny little boring sprint races, and some questionable handling and set up. That said, I haven't really come across anything better for PS3. I couldn't tell you what the best one for 360 is- I have one of the old 360 FF wheels and it's pretty decent for what it is, although I think the wheel travel is somewhat limited for serious racing.
