Members Johny
Any of you heard of Harmonium? It's a group from Quebec that was really popular in the 70s. All their songs are amazing, but my favorite is "Histoire sans parole" , a really beatiful instrumental song. Really really worth to listen to. Sometimes I just close my eyes and listen to this... Man... amazing!

Members angstwulf
All of the above (okay, maybe not the CYK pick but a nice try Europa). Here's a few off the top of my head "A Good Man Is Hard To Find" - House of Freaks: Cakewalk"Family Tree" - House of Freaks: Tantilla"Brother John" - Joe Satriani: First albumMarvin Gaye: What's Going On - pick any track on the album"Think" - Curtis Mayfield: Superfly"Because the Night" - Patti Smith/Bruce Springsteen"Moondance" - Van Morrison - It's a piano song but it sounds great when you have a nice jazzy guitar tone and v. easy to play Not a slow song but very pretty/chimey clean guitar strumming:"See A Little Light" - Bob Mould: Workbook

Members acape
This isn't guitar-driven at all, and not to be gay, but I think the second movement of Beethoven's Pathetique piano sonata is one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written. If we can bring classical into it, I'm going Chopin all the way. Just about any of the Nocturnes, but especially the Op 15, No 3, the Op 27 No 1, the Op 37 No 2, Op 72 No 1, and the Op Post in C#m. Members cloudnine
I'll be a metalish voice here: Iron Maiden - Children of the Damned (the 'he would have crucified us all' line is perhaps one of the best delivered lines in music HISTORY) Metallica - Nothing Else Matters (it doesnt get much better than big tough man Hetfield getting downright gorgeous) Testament - Return to Serenity (just awesome and the acoustic version kicks too) Sabbath - Solitude (just gorgeous in general. I listened to this song 20 times in a row after I first heard it) And yeah Sigur Ros is awesomely beautiful chillout/sex music. Lenny is also incredible. The improvised solo he played on 'Always' at Wembley Stadium in '95 (i think it was '95) was awesome as well. But for his best work, check out 'Undiscovered Soul'. Harlem Rain has some of the most beautiful playing I've ever heard.
Members Shards
The "most beautiful" guitar-based song for me is "Almost With You" by The Church. I wouldn't have touched the guitar if not for that song. While far from my favourite song, I don't believe I have heard a better crafted modern song than "Ordinary World" by Duran Duran. (Yes I'm serious.) I am not sure if you would call it guitar-driven but it would be empty without the guitar parts.
