Imagine how well everybody would be able to play, if you spent the apathetic remarks about some kids creative efforts, and applied it to actually playing. Your 57' Custom Shop, gold plated, ivory nutted, plaster basher, might sound half decent. Thus ending the quest for the holy grail of pickups, and fretboard tones.
