Im thinking hard about it, there's a few Andy's on Ebay right now and usually when that happens you can snag one for ~$1500. Especially with the red one up there. (I actually like the blue better myself) I would really miss the other synths, but Id have so much sonic breadth with the Z1, K5000S, and Andromeda that Im sure I wouldnt regret it. With those 3 and a couple good softsynths...I honestly wouldnt need anything else for a good while. Members Awake77 Posted July 9, 2006 Author Members Share Posted July 9, 2006 Ive got a friend whose in his 50's, he was an electronic musician that resided in NYC back in the early 80s and cranked out albums with a Prophet 5, PPG, Xpander, etc. His old kit list makes me cry...especially to hear he sold them all off back in the early 90's when analog went out of style!
