If you can get them to your My Pictures you can rt. click, click edit, click image,click attributes, adjust the width and height, click ok, then try it.

Yeah, that's what they told me. Just keep it under 100x100, didn't know about the k's. They'll let you know as you try to load it in.

....so I'll post the avatar thing here. Go to edit options and click change avatar. Then click browse to get to your computer's pictures just like when you do an attachment to a thread. Make sure the picture is 100x100 pixels or less, click ok, then click submit modifications. Should do the trick. Picture!
