Speaker Cab Question

I've have a empty 4x12 speaker cab that I just got from the bay. When I say empty it's empty. No mounting hardware or wired jack plate.

 

Where can I get the speaker mounting screws/bolts and nuts along with a jack plate and input jack for 1/4" input.

 

Also is it good or bad to have all 4 speakers wired into one input jack.

PE carries lots of that stuff. As for the second, depends if you want it stereo or mono, don'tcha think?

For mounting the speakers themselves you can go to your local hardware store. 10/32 is a common size. If they don't have t nuts and everything else in either 10/32 or 10/24 go somewhere else.
