Members paulskirocks
Where did you get the JJ tubes? What particular model? Thanks
Members twotimingpete
this is what I got and where I got it from. http://thetubestore.com/teslael84.html just for the record -- when I plugged the tubes in and checked the bias before even turning the knob it was already reading about -15v. in other words, with the stock v22 bias setting and the tubes they gave me, it really wouldn't have needed any adjustment in my case. I'm guessing that since I told them what amp I had they gave me something that'd work out.

Members twotimingpete
Cool, and you ordered the amp from music123? You are happy with them? yes, m123. I've been using m123 all the time for a long time -- they're fine. it's really the same thing as MF or WW&B though. all of them are solid online stores. tubestore is good. shipped fast, gave me just what I needed. Members guitarman3001
Awesome dude! Glad to hear you got it all worked out. They really are great amps! I'll be gigging mine again this weekend. Let's see if this time I can manage to remember to actually plug in the speaker cable for the extension cab I'll be running it with. Members fly_with_v
I am telling you mine was recieved the same way, except I was also having volume issues. I re-seated the tubes and it was perfect, no fizz just great tone. Best $350 amp on the market in my opinion.
Members Orange Jackson
I really glad to hear that this one is working out! Those JJ's should last you a long time too. I'm sure tempted to get one of these..
