Members blue2blue Posted August 6, 2012 Members Share Posted August 6, 2012 On the amusing coincidences front, I was just checking Netflix on Friday for any new Bogart films, and specifically looked for Sabrina but didn't find any new ones (online, just like my old mail subscription, classic films is Netflix's Achilles heel as far as I'm concerned) or Sabrina. Members rasputin1963 Posted August 6, 2012 Members Share Posted August 6, 2012 It's weird when you'll be driving, listening to the NPR, and the announcer will speak an unusual word--- like "paramount"---- and through your car window, at that precise moment, you'll see a sign with the word "paramount" on it. I think there are some modern neuro-thinkers who pooh-pooh the idea of synchronicity, saying that the mind is always looking at the quanta, anxious to cobble together "meaning"...even where it doesn't exist.
