Members nuke_diver
For quick recording ideas? I do sometimes but it drives me crazy that everytime I so much as open a song it needs to save it whether I want it to do so or not. In a drunken stupor I once recorded over a song while explaining how the software could record stuff to someone If there is a way to have it ASK you if you want to save I would be forever grateful
Members Saturn
I use it all the time. I don't like the auto save but it has saved me a few times from loosing everything. I think Garage Band is the best iPad app out there. The issue I have is the squeeling feedback on some of the higher gain settings on the amp sims. The noise gate helps. Members nicholai
I LOVE it on my iphone for quick stuff. My Wife goes I want to make a cover, 5 minutes later I have it sketched for her and she can sing.
Members mnewb1
I've done drum and bass tracks and then ported them over to Logic Pro
Members PrawnHeed
Try MultiTrack DAW. It has "undo" and is much more flexible than Garageband.

Wish it had some built in synths/drums/vst type stuff. or did I miss it? I need a set of drums
Members Guitzilla
What are you using for a recording interface? I'm curious about having a small mobile recording studio when I'm stuck in hotels. The Ipad looks appealing.

Members Grant Harding
I use the keyboards and bass guitars to play demo parts. I just take a stereo out on the iPad and run it into 2 inputs on my recording setup. Sounds more than good enough to get the point across and I can manipulate them in my DAW mix. Seems like it isn't possible to turn off that auto save in GB then
