Members Kid Klash
I ordered "Bridge of Sighs" (the extended version) on CD from Amazon today. I think I wore out the LP! Can't wait to get it. So many great songs (and great memories).
Members bee3
I opened for him back in 99 at the TLA in Philadelphia... it was pouring rain outside. During our set, a small leak sprung in the ceiling and it started raining on stage a bit... we played through to a packed house. It was awesome. After our set, backstage, Trower's manager was raising a huge stink and ultimately refused to let Trower play... and he didn't. Lots of pissed of fans that last night... but it was great for us. Members bernardo gui
In 1989 Trower played "Hammerjacks" in , MD. I got to the show late = paid $20 to see him play for only 30 minutes. He was playing Fender Squire Strats. He was using Marshalls. HUGE Strat tones that were "milk shake" thick. His guitar tone just spread like an oil slick on a race track. This cat had a face for EVERY note he played. I loved it ! $20 for 30 minutes of Robin Trower. I was late to the show.... BEST $20 I EVER SPENT IN MY LIFE !
