Feel like I got a swell deal on it, too!!

I've played them before, and knew they sounded fantastic, but had never found one outside a pawn shop that was for sale. Got lucky! :D:cool::D:cool::D:cool:

I'm a happy camper now.

Good in crashes and great airbag deployment?

The only time I've heard one was @ a John Mayer concert. Dela used it through most of the show, and it was very meh. Muddy, and sort of lifeless. Maybe it was a bad FOH mix?

Yours IS pretty though. Didn't mean to be a buzz kill;) Congrats!!

Yes. Dependable, reliable, sometimes rumbly (anyone else notice that Volvos always sound low and rumbly??) and surprisingly fast.

Lug has mp3s... *ducks and runs*

They sure do. That's how I got my Stingray last week.

well then, would it be better to leave the original pickup in my Yamaha if I were to trade it in, or would it make much difference if I put the Dimarzio pickup in it that I have ordered?

My testosterone generating, sweat pouring, ground pounding, earth moving machine. With this bass you can crush your enemies, have them flee before you, and hear the lamenations of their women.
