I don't really see it, but there are several who keep throwing it out there.I'm not sure Haley would garner much support in the Northeast, but wasn't he the chairman of the RNC when they took congress in '94? That he was, but after that he was a lobbyist, which gave him a negative impression for many. Most notably for big tabacco companies and a few others.
