I've got a 6K6GT in the power section and a few 12AX7's from my collection (don't remember the name) that is supposed to drop the power down to 6-ish watts, and it sounds great to my ears! It is a bit unusual, it is an 80's USA top-load only. I would think the scrape in the front is a bit unique also. It would be a small world indeed if it was yours.BTW, love the paisley strat.
