Quick question about snake fan tail

So my snake just came in the mail today...

 

Its got the metal thing at the end where the fan tail is. Can someone post a picture of their snake attached to their mixer so I can see exactly how you hang it to prevent pressure on the connectors?

my snake is out wih my rig right now so i can't take a picture, but I took a metal hook and connected it to that strain relief. I hook that hook onto the side of the rack.

Oh okay, thats easy enough. I thought maybe I was missing something, but of course the answer is right in front of my face.

Just make sure you bend the hook closed onto the snake so you don't loose it.

You will see the snake being held in place by zipp ties that have a hole in them mounted to the rack.

Mine hangs from a carabiner hooked to a handle on the rack the console is in. Unsnap from the console and leave with the snake.

I suspend mine from 18/8 stainless cable and a balloon filled with a 90/10 mix of helium and hydrogen. I read in an audiophile magazine that this lends a open airy feel to the music.

Those won't work on the moon - a sky hook isn't much more money.
