Many here are well passed her level of play but let me just say that you seem to have a glass-half-empty observation going here, probably introspectively, so practice up. You'll get there. BTW, her vocal style is reminiscent of Joni Mitchell and Judy Collins, and Joni was an amazing guitar player, IMO. And, yes, you're right. Her playing takes lot's of practice to achieve.
