Perhaps it is the a result of the Gibson price hike in full effect. *shrug* The $700 SG Standards, $500 - $600 Gibson Futures and Tributes, $1100 - $1300 Traditionals, etc. are nowhere to be found. Heck, the 2013 SGJ I paid $350 for last year is $599 this year at Amazon... Even if we did again see something like the 150% price match from MF, there really aren't any low prices on Gibsons that get my heart pounding this year. Sweetwater did have that Les Paul Cobra Custom for $3400, and that definitely got me excited; but, the four they had left in stock sold out within hours.
