Members EdBega Posted June 17, 2014 Members Share Posted June 17, 2014 Well finally got them was some shipping problems... anyway they do live up to the bolder, stronger high end claim which is no surprise. Cant say that low end sounds fuller or warmer as claimed by Elixir which I was really hoping for... Haven't decide if it has a more balanced voice across all strings yet...I give 'em a thumbs up though but I really think my 000 needs a set of mediums to give it the punch I feel it's missing.... Members Emory Posted June 25, 2014 Members Share Posted June 25, 2014 Put some Martin Lifespan on week or so ago. They seem to rust up just fine like regular uncoated strings. Tone still good, just give them the old wipe down and keep lock jaw shots up to date. If I remember I'll post when they pop, if they do before going flat.
