Members tubezipper
Crap. http://news.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/hi/music/newsid_7622000/7622911.stm Jack White has too far up his own asshole. So so average to be a bond tune
Members anglerfish
Well, to be realistic, I think there's only so far out you can go and have it still be a Bond theme. I thought it was okay. Not great or terrible.
Members MuffFuzz
Well that was boring. I still love you Jacky White!
Members Crxsh
Yeah -- started off cool, but slowly went 'meh' ...... too bad.
Members Jules-RM
The last Bond movie or Bond theme music I liked was The Living Daylights, since then everything has been substandard. I'd even rather watch Roger Moore than the current drivel, and that's saying a lot.

Members TruSlice
Really dig the White Stripes, but not so much Jack's vocals. Shame. Why in the world did they refuse Amy Winehouse?! Especially after Cornell's success with his edgy approach?

Members L_Z_nut
because shes gross.good ass singer, but gross. Exactly! Think about all the disinfecting they would need to do to get everything in the studio clean again. I liked where they were going... but I hate the drums, and the part at :

Members Jbrazz
you're grossnow leave her alone as an artist, i love her. but she has a terrible public addiction to hard drugs, why would they choose her to do a james bong theme? Members Jbrazz
anyway the beginning was pretty baller, i loved those drums. then t turned {censored}ty fast.
Members lewisb21
the beginning sounds like a remix of "climbing up the walls" by radiohead
Members onyxrhino
Eh, I thought it was all right on its own merit as a tune, but updating James Bond to make it hip for the mall crowd in any era is never a good idea.
Members tubezipper
the beginning sounds like a remix of "climbing up the walls" by radiohead true but that piano ruined it too

Members L_Z_nut
Here's the whole version... I can't decide if I hate it or love it. I really like the lyrics, except the way it sung on some parts. http://www.zshare.net/audio/18960309b3e4c614/ That "solo" really sucked though. Members Uma Floresta
Who was the genius who thought of pairing up Jack White and Alicia Keys? Next it will be Kerry King and Celine Dion.
Members tubezipper
what the hell is that solo doing there? How can you even call that a solo scruffy whammy {censored}.
Members Welladjusted
Shame. Why in the world did they refuse Amy Winehouse?! Especially after Cornell's success with his edgy approach? Likely because with her health and lifestyle what it is, it would have been a crapshoot. It's not unreasonable to think that she'd delay (or outright cancel) the writing/recording sessions due to health issues, and then they'd be short a theme song. I doubt the same concerns were even considered with White and Keys.
