Members Instrospection Posted June 6, 2009 Members Share Posted June 6, 2009 Heh, you know, I think that Katy Perry is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me--I dismissed her as contrived, talentless garbage, but she can really sing live and I think that she has a good sense of fun and humour to her stuff. I heard all the Auto Tune on the records and thought that she couldn't sing, but she can really belt it out, and I like her 50's style that doesn't dip into the obnoxious school of Betty Page clones. That's definetely there, but it's not straight out of 1956 like some try to do.
