Cat's Cradle is definitely in the queue... will have to purchase/borrow the others. That book tugs at the heart, too. I just finished 1984 last week. So I'm depressed and feel like there's no hope and we'll never beat the system. I'm starting Brave New World today. Just finished reading the Truth About Muhammad: Founder of the World's Most Intolerant Religion by Robert Spencer And I am just starting America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It by Mark Steyn Also, Infidel by Ayaan Hirsi Ali is worth picking up.
