Members echodeluxe Posted April 5, 2009 Members Share Posted April 5, 2009 can anyone give me info? apparently they came out of a 70's sg standard. the neck pickup has "Gibson" embossed on the pickup cover, and the bridge pickup is just regular nickle. any insight would be appreciated. They used it from '70-72 on metal and P90 covers but they ditched that great idea because they doubled their inventory of covers only because of reversed pole pieces on pickups.Some say they sound thin.. never tried 'em though.
