coments on my tone (tips) are really welcome

the singer was so out of tune because he was really sick

Sounds good overall. Top things I would change right away...

- Make the singer play an instrument. He looks uncomfortable when moving around. Also him playing will add "body" to the overall sound.

- Becareful with the leads during big parts like the chorus. It sounds like something was missing when you do. BUT for example in the bridge of the first song, it totally works and sounds great. I think this could be changed by adressing the first point.

- The vocals lack some excitement overall. Mediocre melodies and a bland feel overall.

- Start recording yourselves. Make demos on cheap four tracks or garage band or whatever you have without spending money. Make it sound great. All that work will show in your live performance.

Keep it up and good luck.
