Was pretty sure I wanted the x14 series, I like the grand auditorium look. Was browsing through the difference in models, and think I was pretty set on a 314ce, 414ce, or 714ce. I found several 714's in the 1700-1900 range, but I really didn't want to spend that much. I was watching a 414 on ebay, wanted to snag it but ended up running out for something and missing the end of the auction, it went for around 1250 I think. I saw a used 314 on musiciansfriend and right now they are having the 15% off all taylors. With that included it would have been 1132. Thought about picking that up until I found a used one at Guitar Center for 945. Guy had come in earlier in the week to trade it in for a more expensive Martin. 2002, in 9.5 condition, Fishman system instead of the newer expression system. Still looking, yours I like esp. the color of the wood - headstock. Was looking at a gibson dsm-ce but like the neck shape of the taylor better. I've never been a fan of the expression system guitars, they have a boxy sound that I can't stand. The fishman guitars are massively solid guitars.
