Members turnstylepoet
I live in Denver but I visit the Grand Junction area quite a bit. What brings you to Western CO? Be sure to take advantage of all the great produce and wine in teh area.

Members blueballoon
I have a lot of family in GJ (and they keep moving there, 1x1). Idk anything about CO, really...music scene-wise.
Members companyman
Flobots, Meese, The Wheel, The Fray, Born in the Flood and countless Hippie Jam Bands, Reggae derivatives and Blues (Dad rock) lots of that.
Members blueballoon
That's exactly the way it is in Indiana. Except, all the scene kid metalcore and bad hipster folk is still going strong.

Members decode6
But yea, the I-70 way out west sucks, terribly.
Members blueballoon
Honestly, 70 wasn't that bad....definitely not a modern hwy the further west you go, but we have worse where I'm from. Traffic was sparse, which was nice. I only went off the hwy in a couple of places and intentionally choice the ones with character so that I could take a few pics. Members blueballoon
Here now. Lack of jams is super un-fun. Lack of internets at home means internetting at starbucks, which is similarly un-fun.
