Phil O'Keefe Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 I've seen a demo, but I have not actually tried using it yet, although I've been promised an evaluation copy by NAMM. I've been hearing very cool things about it. It comes with tons of content, it's supposedly easy to use, and has way more in terms of features than you might expect, especially given its relatively dirt-cheap price tag. I doubt that it's going to kick Pro Tools to the curb, but you never know - and I definitely like to be at least conversant in all the major DAW programs. Mixcraft seems to be heading in that direction, and from what I've been hearing from others who have tried it, they're on the right path. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had used 5.2 for a bit and thought it was very easy to use, but never got too far into recording much of anything. Just downloaded 6, so we'll see.
