One entry per person, one photo per entry.2. Only a photo of the board is required, full rig photos are discouraged. This is about pedalboards, not super cool amps or guitars.3. Each forumite may only enter in one category.4. Once categories are firmed up, entrants will have two (2) weeks to finalize their board, snap a photo with their name on a card next to the board, and file it in the photo thread. If you dont enter in the two (2) weeks, you may not be allowed in the competition. The whole forum cant wait for Toneczar to finish your delay so you can win5. The individual category voting threads will then be posted for your viewing and choosing pleasure. Voting will last ten (10) days.6. The winners from each category will be entered in a championship round for the title of "Best Pedalboard of 2008"7. Since there are 1,000,000 variables for each category, think hard about where you want to enter. If you want to enter the budget board category only because all 25 of your pedals are under $100, you probably wont win. Voters tend to think rationally and not abide strictly to rules so think about where you stand a good chance and enter there.8. All boards must be wired and ready to play. A pedal without cables hanging out of it means the board cant be played as shown. Obviously there are start and end points for every chain but please no collectors setting your prizes on a table for a photo op. The boards need to pass signal to compete. Also, the entrant must have wired and assembled the layout for the board. Boards wired by professionals or design companies are not allowed since this is a competition about making your board look great, not paying someone else to.9. All entries must include a photo of your board, wired up, ready to go, and include a sign containing your username and date. Otherwise your entry WILL NOT be valid.10. A brief paragraph summarizing your board strategy or the type of music that this board is used for, could help us all with the judging.11.
