Mine's up and running. OK, so it's not 'hard gear', but it sounds goooooood.
Members ElectricPuppy
Oh noes, I smell a "software vs. hardware" storm a-brewin'... $15 is really attractive, though. But it's a softie... want knobs. Like knobs. Knobs R fun.
Members AnCap
I am amazed there has been such resilient buying amongst keyboarders.
Members ElectricPuppy
And thankfully so. I sold two pieces last month.

But it's a softie... want knobs. Like knobs. Knobs R fun. You got knobs, right? For $15 you can get something new to use those knobs on. It'll hold off the serious hardware GAS for a while. http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/jul06/articles/aasultraanalog.htm

Members moog man
I shall join the club! So that analog modeling software is good? $15 is tempting, even for a poor student like myself.
Members CfNorENa
Got a two-tiered Quiklok stand (now I can play my Rolands together, yippee!) -- so pitiful that I thought I'd put it in this thread instead of the new gear one... Members Gaul
I have sold my Korg X50, so I am officially de-gearing myself in this tread. It was just 5 days at my place.

Members mildbill
Hey!!! Get out of here you synth-purchaser you!!! WHAT???? Had a 3 year dry spell - didn't buy a single thing. Now I've picked up a couple relatively inexpensive goodies. Gotta watch those softies though - they're like candy.

Members kpatz
I'm coming up on 1 year of no new gear. It was in October last year that I got the Andromeda, and that was my last synth-gear purchase. Still love it!

Members playstation
A patch Bank for Zebra2 by Howard Scarr is my cheapskate equivalent of "gear" for this month.
Members tspit74
I haven't bought anything in a few months. I'm trying to put aside as much gig money as I can over the next couple months to finally do my Mellotron overhaul with new paint, motor control card, 2 sets of tapes, and a new tape frame. I know. Nothing like saving up over $1000 for parts to do in analogue what can be faithfully emulated on an iphone for $2.99.
