Often I just don't feel like eating something first thing in the morning. Instead, my appetite lags behind a few hours and gets to me when I'm nowhere near any food.I'm going to go watch this stupid movie that's on TV. I get up around 11am, and I eat 'lunch' at 1pm, so it really dont make sense to eat, and then turn around and eat again before I go to work..
