It's one of those rare TV offerings that is actually worth watching. All episodes are funny. Some people may find it takes a while to get it, I dunno? You don't really need to know much background before watching any episode as there is no ongoing storyline, as such. In Season 1 Howard Moon & Vince Noir are zookeepers, in Season 2 they live in a flat with Naboo the shaman & Bollo the gorilla, and are kinda in a band. And please, let's not compare Friends to Coupling. THEY'RE NOT MEANT TO BE THE SAME SHOW. Coupling can be as predictable as Friends, once you've seen a couple episodes.
