Members riffy
I haven't a clue how it really sounds as I did it in 5 minutes honestly... Another 2 to upload...lolI couldn't listen back on anything other than headphones as everyone in the house was waiting for me to turn the beast down... It was loud! I really close miced this one close to the cone, I usually don't do that so I am looking for feedback on how it sound this way... Yes, it does have timing issues in it.That is the way some first takes that you have to keep go... Which Axe FX model did you use? I have listened to this twice and it sounds killer!! This is my favorite clip you've posted thus far! Edit: Ooops...boosted JMP. Answered my own question! Whoever said we need more Riffy clips, well, derned right! I'd have to go back and pull up some of your older clips to compare, as far as commenting on the mic positioning. From a quick listen I can tell you the tones seemed pretty righteous. I heard the high end thing that got mentioned, but I agree that that's a good thing. Was that really AxeFX modeling? Or your actual Marshall rig? If the latter, what were you boosting it with?Chris

Members EdgeOfDarkness
Gary could make a 2 watt harmony SS amp sound good. That is pretty tight sounding for a JMP.

Chris Chris, Man, you are WAY TO KIND! Honestly. That high end thing is more presence than usual to help things cut a bit more with that much gain going on on all three guitar tracks. It really is the JMP boosted with an OCD.
