I accept that everyone has a dud now and then, in fact I seem to have tracked down the fault the DC in/out part is very loose. When I give it a wiggle about it comes on and then cuts out. If something is hyped up this much, you must keep trying to make it work no matter what problems you have with it. Personally, it's a tuning pedal, and I wouldn't consider leaving a pedal known to fail on my board. I mean I could understand if it was something that effected your actual tone, but a tuner?
