Members 1972guitars
Yeah I think it would look better with some metal knobs. Though I do think that the white knobs would be easy to see on stage for adjustment?

Members superflyinmonke
I stand by my statement. Those {censored}ing plastic nuts are garbage. There's nothing wrong with plastic nuts. They're on the back of high end cabs and amps alike.
Members teemuk
^This. Plastic knobs are extremely common. It's the shaft of the potentiometer that counts, not the knob.
Members theAntihero
Not a {censored} was given this day. +1 Also stiff has got to be the very worst name for an amp company ever. Wangs gets a pass because they dont natively speak english, but really Stiff???? So what do you play. I play Stiff. WTF
Members Nerine
Wonder if it sounds loose, or flaccid in this case?
Members nerol1st
^This. Plastic knobs are extremely common. It's the shaft of the potentiometer that counts, not the knob. I said nothing about the knobs or pots.
Members Das Booty
I'm sure that will be extremely successful.. What didn't he just name the company "boner" or "woody"... Or the obvious:METH amps.
Members grunge782
Has kind of a skateboarders look to it.I've seen worse, though it certainly is one of the uglier ones. I don't judge amps though on looks all I care about is the sound (Unless the amp says "{censored}ing {censored}er" in giant letters across the headshell ). Members ShaneV2
I hope they release a lower priced Asian made version. Biyang could make it in the same factory as the Wangs amps. Yup, the Stiff/Wangs line could be a big hit.
Members Das Booty
That's an unfortunate name. And "cleen" on the clean channel? Why not spell the other knob "prezzenz" while you're at it? Is his target demographic 15-year-old, zit-faced, wannabe shredders? Making fun of intentional misspellings in teh map forums, where they bring teh brootalz? Mah werd. Phailz! Members 1972guitars
I am going to order a STIFF & will put up some sound clips. For the price and all USA made Transformers and circuit boards & more it's pretty hard to beat. You can buy a Carvin V3 NO THANKS.Orange Amps 10 years back nobody would even consider using one, they looked like a Joke lol... If Peavey was making a amp like this all hand built and all USA parts they would be charging more than the $949.00 Direct Price Look at the Marshall JVM it uses plastic nuts. Members Crunchtime
I don't know how it sounds but it looks cheesy as {censored}. I hope its better quality than the Krank I had. It had board mounted tube sockets and every time I pressed in a tube I felt the whole board flex. That can't be good.
