Members Lucius
This is cool to watch. I was trolling my local music website for a slide guitar player and came across this dude. After I cleaned him off, I then watched his video. Cheers, Lucius[video=youtube;utAThqR80bI]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utAThqR80bI

Members flump
I seem to remember Tim Reynolds doing this a few times. He'll switch a string or 2 and leave it in the middle of the song.

Members i386
They're called "planetary tuners" due to the planetary gears inside the housing. A popular variation of the planetary tuner is called a D-Tuner. They have stops built-in so that when you turn the key it will stop at a preset note.
