Members Sex Panther
Today is day 4 on the ECA stack. So far, so good. No adverse effects, and as of yesterday I upped it to two doses. Blood pressure is normal, resting heart rate is slightly elevated, but still low. Appetite suppression isn't how people explained it. It has helped a little to prevent snacking, but I'm having no problems consuming a healthy amount of food every day. Energy level is definitely higher, and I'm back down into the 150s as of today, weighing in at 159.6 lbs. Now 10 more lbs to go to reach my goal of hitting the 140s. I highly doubt the ECA stack is responsible for any mass weight loss at this point, but for the past 4 weeks or so, my weight has steadily decreased at about 2-3 lbs per week. Dunno why you'd want to get that low! I just know that I weighed in at 159.6 today, and I still have quite a bit of midsection to lose. I got down to 151 lbs last summer and started seeing some abs, so I know I can go lower and still not look gross. Maybe my bones are light, I dunno. Members Sex Panther
Plus, I've been playing a lot of volleyball lately, and the leagues I'm playing in are getting more and more competitive. As it is, at my height, I can spike and block pretty well, but if I drop down another 10 lbs, I'll add even a couple more inches to my vertical. Members Kenny Powers
I'm thinking light bones. Seriously. I'm 5'8" and when I was competing at feather (150 without the gi) I had to almost completely stop lifting and my cuts involved a 1000 diet. Then again, I think I have dense bones, which comes with age. I think I got my old man bones around

I guess thats where we each have to decide for ourselves what takes precedence - lifting or living? For some, achieving a certain body type or lifting capacity is what our primary focus in life is, and as such your right - doing something that could be detrimental to that would be a bad idea. However, there are also those that lift to be fit, look good, etc.., yet that is a means to enhance their life - and not for their life to be centered around it. I learned a long time ago that even though I'd love to lift to that extreme level, I just don't have the mindset for it. And that's ok. I'm perfectly fine lifting for looks/health...etc., it's way easier to maintain, and interferes with life a lot less.

I just carry ALL of it in my midsection. You also have HUGE legs and a HUGE back, which are your two biggest muscle groups, so there ya go. You may also have 25 lbs of feces stored up in your intestines from the way you eat too.

I guess you're right though. My legs don't LOOK big because I have the dreaded "long femur" issue so my muscle distribution is narrow, but when I sit down in my shorts at the gym my knees look stupid tiny compared to whats on both sides of them. Right on, I play too, should be starting in a 6v6 indoor league on Jan 10. I'm guessing you've got a killer vertical leap. I always get awestruck/discouraged when I occasionally see someone with average height who somehow seems to look like they can jump over the damn net!
