Work some core for a while until you feel better.. go back to lifting when you feel better, but probably low weight-high rep for the first couple DL workout days..?

Today is day 4 on the ECA stack.

So far, so good. No adverse effects, and as of yesterday I upped it to two doses. Blood pressure is normal, resting heart rate is slightly elevated, but still low. Appetite suppression isn't how people explained it. It has helped a little to prevent snacking, but I'm having no problems consuming a healthy amount of food every day.

Energy level is definitely higher, and I'm back down into the 150s as of today, weighing in at 159.6 lbs. Now 10 more lbs to go to reach my goal of hitting the 140s. I highly doubt the ECA stack is responsible for any mass weight loss at this point, but for the past 4 weeks or so, my weight has steadily decreased at about 2-3 lbs per week.

I can barely walking straight, so not sure if any kind of exertion is wise. Then again, maybe i need to cowboy up & do something and get my body lessened up.

Lots of guys have left their lifting careers behind after doing dumb extracurricular stuff. Once you get really into this lifting game, your body gets highly tuned in a certain way. You're a specialist. You become a lifting machine and not much else. If you try to do something that involves violent movements or something similar, or even something seemingly trivial you're not used to, you're putting your body at great risk of injury because you're trained for something else. It's like going 4 wheeling with a Ferrari. You CAN do it, but you're going to {censored} up that car, dude.

How tall are you? Dunno why you'd want to get that low! Even if you manage to look ripped I think some people have a pretty unhealthy look to them around that point confused.gif

I'm only about 5'8.75". I have decent muscle mass, and I'm not a skinny guy. I just know that I weighed in at 159.6 today, and I still have quite a bit of midsection to lose. I got down to 151 lbs last summer and started seeing some abs, so I know I can go lower and still not look gross.

Maybe my bones are light, I dunno. icon_lol.gif

Plus, I've been playing a lot of volleyball lately, and the leagues I'm playing in are getting more and more competitive. As it is, at my height, I can spike and block pretty well, but if I drop down another 10 lbs, I'll add even a couple more inches to my vertical.

I'm thinking light bones. Seriously. I'm 5'8" and when I was competing at feather (150 without the gi) I had to almost completely stop lifting and my cuts involved a 1000 diet. Then again, I think I have dense bones, which comes with age. I think I got my old man bones around 28

Love the philosophical angle!

I guess thats where we each have to decide for ourselves what takes precedence - lifting or living? For some, achieving a certain body type or lifting capacity is what our primary focus in life is, and as such your right - doing something that could be detrimental to that would be a bad idea. However, there are also those that lift to be fit, look good, etc.., yet that is a means to enhance their life - and not for their life to be centered around it.

I know, doesn't make sense. But my biceps are 15.5", legs have decent size, same with chest and back. Suit size is up to a 42 from a 36. My buddy Dan is roughly the same height, but weighs 145 and I just look huge compared to him. I don't know what it is.

Yup. I learned a long time ago that even though I'd love to lift to that extreme level, I just don't have the mindset for it. And that's ok. I'm perfectly fine lifting for looks/health...etc., it's way easier to maintain, and interferes with life a lot less.

Ha, you're not fat. I'm probably at about the same BFP right about now. I just carry ALL of it in my midsection. You also have HUGE legs and a HUGE back, which are your two biggest muscle groups, so there ya go. You may also have 25 lbs of feces stored up in your intestines from the way you eat too. icon_lol.gif

the day I get an enema is the day I visit cleveland with oversized luggage and your home address.

I guess you're right though. My legs don't LOOK big because I have the dreaded "long femur" issue so my muscle distribution is narrow, but when I sit down in my shorts at the gym my knees look stupid tiny compared to whats on both sides of them. (penis included u mirin brah?)

my back is small as {censored} though i dont know what you're talking about fatty

Right on, I play too, should be starting in a 6v6 indoor league on Jan 10. I'm guessing you've got a killer vertical leap. I always get awestruck/discouraged when I occasionally see someone with average height who somehow seems to look like they can jump over the damn net!
