Members flatfacerincone
The only one that pops into my head at the moment is rather obvious... Voodoo Child! Look through all of Jimi's songs. Tons of em have wah, Hendrix loved that effect. Electric funeral has wah in it? Never noticed..
Members wango55
Not a classic per se, but "Bulls on Parade" has a wah, and some light distortion...and is a really really really easy riff to learn.

Members markas214
You can use the wah for soloing basically anything. Santana uses his set around halfway. You needn't be pumping the pedal. It can be used to add subtle effect very, ah, effectively. It's also cool to pump the pedal and strum muted the strings, sounds like wocka, wocka, wocka. Try it. Members Blackbelt1
Comfortably Numb... I'm not sure whether David Gilmour actually used a wah or not, but I can get that same tone perfectly by enabling the wah and parking the pedal toward the back just past halfway. ~Blackbelt
