I just win a lucky bid on ebay today.

22$ for a guitar, that actually is very old and looks pretty good to me. Seller said it perfect using condition.

Can you tell me what model it is? I know it's a Telestar from the

1960's or 1970's

Sorry for low quality picture, it's the only one he had.

Reminds me of the Teiscos that Kmart sold for awhile in the mid 70's. If so, is poor playability, poor sound, plywood bodied begginer guitar. They sold for around $100. Decent wall hanger sort of thing for decoration, but not much use otherwise.

The Japanese guitars of the 60 & 70s were just awful for the most part. The Harmony/Silvertone instruments were much better. Amazing that those same Japanese factories turned out the fine Fenders, Fender copies, and Gibson copies of the 80s.

I got a $40 Norma guitar on ebay a few months ago and that thing rules! Great tone, good tuners, good frets... for $60 shipped to my house - the deal of the year so far for me.

Have fun with it!
