Members Coolie No.1
By quality I mean generally good all around and not requiring any mods, pickup changes. Thats very important. I can think of: G&L Legacy HB - Has JB in the bridgeFender Fat Strat - DEluxe and StandardFender Lonestar/Texas speacial (used). Please list any other. Members GCDEF
Carvin makes a few. I haven't been impressed with the Carvins I've owned, but I've never seen their Strat types. They might be decent, I don't know.

It's one of the best guitars I've ever played and has a tone for everything. That gets my vote!
Members orourke
There is a Peavey Predator Plus sitting in my friends shop. This guitar sounds and feels great. It's an SSH no pickguard, string-through hard tail. It's a cream color and kind of resembles a Peavey Wolfgang. I don't know much about it, but it seems a lot nicer than the average cheapy Peavey Predators that I see being sold new now, they don't seem to make them like this anymore. If I didn't have so many fancy guitars I buy the thing, it's only two bills.
