Members dogtownmax
far an away its the Hagstrom headstock shape. it doesnt matter if a guitar has six in a line tuners, or three on each side. i just happens to be that the hagstoms typically have three on a side. WHAT IS important, however is the "Gumby" lookin offset top of the headstock. its not that it affects sound, but more in homage to the true father of the blues: Gumby. one cannot read the following quotes from gumby and his pals without feeling blues deep inside their soul, and to the marrow of their lonely bones. behold the blues genius of the true master of the genre, Gumby: Nope! Nope! Nope!-Nopey If you have a heart, Gumby's a part of ***YOU!***-Theme song Do you want to try it, Pokey?" "No thanks, I prefer grass. -Gumby Pokey We've been framed. Never trust animated people.-Pokey I've had enough piano moving. Besides, I can't even read music.-Prickle Pokey: [Gumby caught a baseball in his belly] "Good work, Gumby. That's using the ol' stomach.-Pokey Jellyroll #1: I say, Rolly, look at that green chap. Wouldn't he make great jelly filling? Ha ha ha. Jellyroll #2: Yeah, let's get him.-Jellyroll #1 Jellyroll #2 Ecology means keeping the Earth a healthy place to live.-Goo Pokey: (about extinct animals) "Does that mean that their relatives smell bad?" -Pokey Gumby: Ohh. . . Prickle, we're in a pickle!-Gumby Witty Witch: Yabba Dabba Doo!-Witty Witch Home, James! I mean, let's go home, Prickle.' 'Roger, Goo.-Goo Prickle Pokey: "Holy Toledo!"
