Members peavey_impact
Lol, I'd say pretty much all of them? I've never come across an amp that didn't, anyway.
Members fretless
I'm gonna say very few 'cept some solid state bass amps that were designed to be "flat" at "12:00 high" or center . Most geetar amps are interactive tone stacks some with added presence controls . Bring in the acoustics of the room and you'll see probably most of them are not set at noon . Members Sixtonoize
Why does it matter? If you could have an amp that sounds good with all the knobs at noon, or an amp that sounds amazing with the knobs in totally random settings? Members Cirrus
It depends on the guitar, and part, and song, and room, and opinion of good.
Members almightycrunch
Quick Rod. You can set the EQ anywhere, and get a good usable tone from it, almost impossible to make it sound "bad" unless you suck period.

Members ke2
Many old Marshalls sound more or less the same no matter how you tweak the knobs. They do however sound pretty nice

Members JeffHenneman
Whenever I test out new amps I always put the eq to 12 noon. Play it for a little while then I fiddle with the knobs a little bit. I find that doing it this way gives the best representation of the amps tone. Members Marc G
This sucker right here.... but that's because I worked with my amp guy to help voice the amp the way I wanted it... as far as production amps go, I remember the clean channel on my Egnater Renegade didn't need much in the way of EQ tweaking to sound good at all
