  5. I have discovered that turning off Google's safe search produces loads of TK-deadly photos.
  6. You guys know full well that I hold the title of Forum Asshat. Even if I no longer have access to the picture to prove it. In other news:
  7. Originally posted by el_duderino676 Well, I guess I will turn in for the night. Oh, and Zamfir, this post was at about 1:45 AM CST on Sunday April 17, 2005. Sleep is mission critical, to me.
  8. Eh, whaddaya want from me? Attention to dates and times in other people's posts? Thtpthth...
  9. Originally posted by mxpxfan Just wanted to make sure. Well, if it means that much to you... *considers dropping trou and/or e-mailing a .jpg* I thought el_duderino was going to bed a while ago? I should, too.
  10. Originally posted by mxpxfan Got no right balls ah? Harrumph. Read upstream. I got one right ball. Also got a left ball. I'm good... niomosy- Capzasin? Explain.
  11. I always tell my wife to lift with her knees. Me, on the other hand... In my defense, it was in the midst of my Sansamp problem (see ebassist threads), I had bass in hand, and I moved that small amp with one hand. Probably leaned over to pick it up, 'cause if I'd crouched, I'd probably whack my bass on a music stand or drum gear. The pain is a little less today. I'm guessing it's a tendon/muscle. But it's a recidivist bastid...
  12. Originally posted by mxpxfan Screw work, win the lottery. I keep trying that. Hasn't worked yet. If I'm lucky, I get one ball out of the six.
  13. Originally posted by mxpxfan http://quartet.harmony-central.com/f...hreadid=909490 T-40 is going to kick their arses. They're just sooooo cute, those Guitar Jammies. Then again, they haven't figured out they're not so much Thread Killers, as forum killers...
  14. We have a pretty smart cat. Getting increasingly brazen, he is.
  15. Originally posted by mxpxfan Yuck, med bills. So its a bone thing then? No idea. Probably a tendon or something, but it's the same damn place. I'm wondering if maybe a vertebrae slipped slightly to go pinch a nerve. Stretches might do it. A friend of mine does those. I just hate to mention it to docs because it goes in the chart and I had to fight my insurance company hard last fall to get added back to my old policy (which my wife still holds in her name) at something slightly less than the highest possible screw-over rate they gave me.
  16. Originally posted by mxpxfan They seem to have problems following the rules. Yeah backs problems suck. It might be worth it to see what a doc can do. They might give you some ways to strengthen the backs muscles. No problems man. I need to catch some Zs myself. Oy. We just got a sheaf of medical bills today. Don't think I'll be going in for anything that could annoy my insurance company further, let alone raise even the faintest glimmer of possible surgery...
  17. WTF keeps happening to our beloved TK? C'mon guys, it's not so hard to stay on just-barely-the-good-side of the rules. In other news, I've strained my lower back again. Not sure how, as I just moved a little 30 pound or so keyboard amp around at rehearsal today (probably bent to pick it up using my back?). One of those annoying back pains -- not deadly, just enough to make ambulating an activity you'd rather avoid. And I always get it in the lower rear back towards the upper pelvis. Wonder if I've permanently strained something down there that needs looking at. Oy. It's midnight, almost. Hello, mxpfxfan, and sorry I can't stay! Must sleep.
  18. Thank god you got rid of the Jam Master Jamie thing. You are, and always will be, Bonoman. The thing is, I've stopped associating you with U2. Except for the other night where I was impressed by their words/playing at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame thing. I was like, "Dang, now I gotta fess up to Bonoman." In other news, T-40 is gonna kick niomosy's ass. But I'm glad niomosy brought it back. What got posted to kill the old one??
  19. Originally posted by greenshag oh, and not to mention the fact they don't have {censored} for indie, classic sci-fi, or underground horror movies!! I could also add that they are having some legal problems with their no late fee's claim. Excellent. The contract I had to sign for my card suggested that you buy the film if it's not back in 12 days. (This was after the no late fees ad campaign got launched). Sounds like a late fee to me.
  20. Originally posted by greenshag that is why I passed over them before deciding who to go with. A buddy of mine tried both, and blockbuster would make him wait until they got it back, inspect it for 4 days, then send out the replacement. {censored} that noise! Sorry. I didn't mean their mailing operation (didn't know they had one...). I meant the "go down to the store and {censored} around for 30 minutes" to find DVDs on the rack.
  21. Originally posted by greenshag not that I have found. I tried to rent repoman twice, and both times my postman cracked the dvd's. You just report the damage to them, and they send out another copy before they get the damaged one back. I just wish that worked with the scratched-to-hell DVDs from Blockbuster.
  22. Originally posted by greenshag I pay $22/month for 4 at a time. I dropped my cable, as all I want to watch is movies anyways, and they always have crap on. Netflix has an awesome library of hard to find horror flicks....demons, igor and the lunatics, etc.... I love it. I think I actually get about 15 or so movies for that price a month... Hm. Is there a catch where they royally {censored} you over for failing to act on something?
  23. Originally posted by greenshag I do it commando style....netflix.com and a dvd ******..... How much is netflix? From what I've heard, I couldn't possibly spend that much time watching many films. I'd O.D.
  24. Last week, I've come to the conclusion that I'm not going to spend any more money on outrageous film prices at crappy theatres with annoying people, sticky floors, and patrons who foul restrooms without washing their hands on departure. DVD for me from now on, baby. Sure is nice to eat, drink and pee when you like, for much cheaper, and enjoy films without the giggling Britney fan club behind you.
  25. Originally posted by niomosy I guess he didn't want to use Hollywood Orlando Vegas He's so ungrateful to people who worked so hard to put him where he is now. Let me make a few phone calls...he'll be tossed out on his ear from his porn career.
