  1. I saw the stage version when I received season tickets to the local theater a couple years ago. It was ok on the stage. I'm interested to see the film version, but I may have to wait for the dvd.
  2. ^^^ To each his own, buddy. But hey - if John Scofield agreed to have him guest on an album and perform on live TV with him, I'd say he's capable of at least some good music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mq8dwIuKLRo
  3. I like John Mayer, but yeah, he's the king of all douchenozzles.
  4. I have the red set in my old Aria Pro Strat copy. It doesn't sound all that great in that guitar, but to be fair, the guitar sucks.
  5. Hmmm... A super-fancy Jr..... I don't think I'd really go for that, even if I had a ton of cash. But I bet it would still sound great and be fun to play.
  6. The AC15 is 45 lbs, I believe. Mine feels that heavy, anyway. I also prefer the CC1 to the newer C1, mostly because of the speaker, I think. Mine has the Celestion Blue, but I even prefer the cheaper Wharfedale to the Greenback in that particular amp. Not that the Greenback sounds bad, it's just not my favorite in that amp. That said, the newer one does natural overdrive a little better, and I think it's because of the speaker.
  7. If I didn't read internet articles about it, I wouldn't have known the difference. I would have figured weight differences to be due to the plank of wood they used. So I guess I don't care, as long as the guitar sounds good.
  8. I have a couple SKB cases from back in the 90s. All of them are cracked, especially where the metal feet are on the back. Since then, if the guitar hasn't come with a case, I haven't bought an SKB. Of course, there's a good chance they could have fixed those issues in the last 10+ years.
  9. Jeezus, I could have traded the last 2 in at GC and got that. No way, man. Guitar Center gives you only half of what they sell it for, and their selling price would be the same as or less than what you got. Like everyone is saying - don't get discouraged. You actually did really well, and it's significant that you sold something. I've had stuff on craigslist for months at a pretty reasonable price, and I can't get rid of it.
