Actually, for some damn good non-beef red meat, ostrich was great. Less fat than turkey and tasted really good. Buffalo was good as well. Not too common, though.
Zamfir: oh man, avacado's are greatness. Avacado toast (avacado, toast, salt, pepper ), avacado and shrimp salad, avacado in sandwiches, guacomole.
And mayo? Blech, I can't generally stand mayo on my sandwiches. Maybe if it's mixed with something to make a better tasting sauce; chiptle mayo isn't too bad as are some others. Straight, I tend to avid.
