they don't taste like chicken, they taste like snake. Snake meat is kinda tough, mainly due to them being all muscle, while chickesn generally are not (at least the mass produced ones ). I have eaten many snakes in my time, and used to actually hunt snakes around the age of 12 to sell to people..mainly rosy boas though.
