Members Tweedledee
Don't be an idiot. There is no drop z tuning. Drop K is the lowest you can go.
Members cratz2
My guess is, tune to Drop B, then tune each string down three octaves below that. You'll probably need .5 gauge strings, but just think how heavy you'll sound.
Members A-20
Very simple. Take your A string and bring it up one step. Down would be a B, and up is back at a Z.

Members kingswebe
Hey, I've got one of my guitars in Drop Z tuning, and I just busted my high E string. I can't make it out to the store to pick up new strings today, so I am worried that w that missing string, the others will put too much pressure on the guitar's neck and warp it. Should I take off all the other strings in the meantime? What are the dangers? I am so scared...
Members benricci
I once tuned to Drop Pi to calculate the radius of my fretboard.

Members benricci
Z is a bit too low. I like to tune to the key of Q. Stevie Wonder enjoys the Key of Life.
