I'm working on "the tone" for years... was always more or less happy with my sound but never stooped looking for even more... and I know everything is in the fingers but that's not stopping me I guess it's a part of my life style. I was at my amp tech house... we're friendsI was even "forced" to eat lunch there... could you imagine...
