Members stormin1155
Rapco AB-100 just what you're looking for, plus it has an aux output, perfect for a tuner. It does eat batteries pretty fast, so I wired in a 9V jack. I think they are abour $50. I got mine used for about half that.

Members sbs
I bought this. It cost 104.99 including shipping, youll have to wait about a week or two as it comes all the way from Poland. The guy Filip is top notch, somehow mine got lost in the mail so he sent me another right away. Its quieter than any of the other Ive had or tried, as it uses relays, Its also smaller. It doesnt come with a PS but its still cheaper than any of that other crap out there, Youll have to use a Roland PS120S or something like that with (-) on center post. I absolutely love this thing I rely on it so much these days. heres the link where I got mine: http://www.woboge.com/boxes_aby.html
