That's on top of getting through a mildly sore throat since the other day. Anyway, I was checking out neti pot videos, this ones funny (meant to be) aQm7YpxgOnA One thing I've been aware of for years is... I cannot breathe fully through both nostrils. One of them is only like 1/4 breathing capacity. I imagine this would require some kind of surgery, I also suspect it is why I have a bit of a stuffy voice (which affects my singing voice). It's definitely worth a try, knowing how miserable allergies and general sinus woes can make you feel.
